This morning I drove the beach from Port Aransas all the way down to the
entrance to the Padre Island National Seashore. Here are the highlights-
7 Lesser Black-Backed Gulls- 4 adults, 2 2nd year birds, 1 1st year bird
34 Red Knots
2 Northern Gannets- Near Bob Hall Pier
10-15 Snowy Plovers
20+ Piping Plovers
