We have heard and seen Clay-colored Thrushes regularly the last couple years here in Edinburg, and I'm sure they have nested in the neighborhood already. Still, it was fun to see a recent fledlging yesterday (which are darker than the "normal" plumage) right on our lawn (see Fig. 1 of North American Birds 65:700-703, 2012 for a bird in this plumage).
