[texbirds] Cedar Waxwing red secondary tips

Thanks to the folks who replied to my question on the above. I was able to get
a few pics this morning in nw Houston that suggest we have a mix of AHY and HY
birds. One that looks to be a HY appears to have not yet attained the red

This is probably old hat to most of you, but as a recent transplant from
Iowa/Nebraska, I hadn't noticed it before. My interest was piqued when I found
a dead waxwing that did not have red tips after the big freeze.
