[texbirds] Brown Pelican at Roy Guerrero Park

Nate McGowan found a Brown Pelican below Longhorn Dam at Roy Guerrero park in
Austin today. The bird is loosely associated with the large group of American
White Pelican, and is currently sitting a few yards downstream of them at the
base of some reeds.
