Despite heavy boat traffic, the juvenile Brown Booby continued from Bob Wentz
Park at Windy Point on Lake Travis today from 3:45 - 4:15 pm. It was doing some
"surfing" on a buoy (due to the heavy boat traffic) a few hundred meters off
the park when looking toward the dam. Thanks to Eric Beohm for finding this
