[texbirds] Brown Booby - Windy Point/Travis County

The adult Brown Booby was seen again at Windy Point from about 8:30 AM to 9:00
AM this morning. It was diving around the point and gliding out in various
directions until it disappeared up the lake toward the Marina. The bird had
not been reported in eBird since 9/24.
