[texbirds] Bolivar Peninsula CBC

The Bolivar CBC will be this Thursday December 20th. We can always use more
help with the Anahuac Section of the count. I will be owling at 4 am and
welcome company. We can generally find 3-4 species of owls. The rollogon
will go out for rails, a we can take about 6 people out.
