Another location that can be added to the list is McKelligon Canyon in El Paso.
As you you approach the park proper, just before the Headquarters building,
there is an arroyo off to the right that can be rather good for birds and I
have had Black-chinned Sparrows there and further along on the loop that goes
around the picnic tables.
No restrooms in the park and worse than that, I just did a google search and
see the road leading into the area is presently closed.
