[texbirds] Black necked stilt

Just saw three FOS Black-necked Stilt in the drainage basins behind Moody
Gardens. Also I had a second swallow tailed kite while kayaking the
Dickinson bayou portion between FM 146 and I45. If I had to guess it would
have been close to behind the TPWD marine lab. Address is
1502 FM 517 Rd E
