I had a Bald Eagle at the Pearland Waste Water Treatment Ponds on Magnolia
sitting in its favorite perch, the large Sycamore tree located south of the
ponds on the church grounds. This was first time I been able to get out and
walk since early summer. It was a beautiful evening with the cool temperatures
(finally). The ponds held many birds as listed below.
Cormorant 150+
Mottled Duck 8
Little Blue Heron 2
Great Blue Heron 3
Snowy Egret 2
Great Egret 5
White Ibis 30
Rosette Spoonbill 3
Cliff Swallows 5
Great tailed Grackle 50+
