Hi Texbirders
I hope everyone is recovering from the freeze recently.
My juvie male Calliope made it through OK and last weekend I can see some
more feathers sprouting on his gorget.

Saturday as I was working in the yard cutting down dead tropical foliage, a
White-tailed Hawk soared low over the house. It was a first for my yard
list.
Then tonight I had a FOS male Ruby-throated Hummingbird at the feeder.
I am looking forward to spring migration and more beautiful migrants.
