[TechAssist] zen 9-1270 sm3587bt horiz pin bow?

I've replaced both the 9-1270 and the 9-1148 dynamic focus mod. This is my
second 9-1270 tryed. after 5 minutes the pic stretches horizontally and bows
also. The yoke rings fine, the tube checks fine. I cannot determine the
cause. Any ideas are appreciated
