hi i am going on service call onthis set saturday without papper work She
described problem
set is in dead condition, i would like to repair in customer's house to avoid
two trips ( 30mi ride )
she said that by unplugging set for a while it would turn back on but now this
doesn't work anymore
i seen a mention of C871 being open only tip i could find
my winstips doesn't seem to be working
if anyone has any info or tips that they could share with me i would appreciate
it greatly
