Rahman,
The Sony kss210 series I know can be interchanged, with the only difference
being their physical parameters. And kss213b and c are likely
interchangeable for the same reason, although you would have to research
their Sony part numbers a little closer for the particular application
you're repairing. (Sony part numbers: 8-848-379-31 and 8-848-482-02,
respectively)
You might want to contact someone like Studio Sound and ask Frank Fendley.

and they do sell Sony laser pickups...
