[TechAssist] sharp stereo cd trouble

This sharp stereo CD-C3800 has cd trouble. The disc
will load and spin for 2-3 sceconds. It stops and the
lcd shows 08 28:30. Is this an error code and if so
does anyone now what it means.? When this happens you
have to open disc tray or turn off power to start cd
function again but then the same thing happens? Any
thoughts?
