[TechAssist] sharp 20vt-cj10 tamper proof lock

Hello everyone!
A customer brought in a tv vcr combo 20vt-cj10. The tamper proof lock
has been activated and the customer does not have the remote. Is there a
way to reactivate this tv without the remote. Thanks
