A shorted capacitor checks very good ESR. I got bit
by this this week. Check that there is not a shorted cap.
anything suspicious needs to be pulled and checked with
a cap meter.

r680 open also changed q612 2sk2872 .22 ohm 680 ohm

i replaced all listed parts still no power also esr filters they
check ok thanks for any help
