[TechAssist] rca/dvd combo model 27f500tdv no power

I am working on a 27" RCA dad combo, for no power up. I founded c1732,c1719
and c404 were blown out. Replaced them still no switch mode secondary
supplies workings A ny ideas would help Thanks. Avery.
