[TechAssist] rca CTC179 no sound

RCA CTC 179 had no sound. Changed Audio output ic & volume\tone controll IC.
Still no sound. Opened pin 3(mute) on aud amp IC. Now has sound BUT CAN'T keep
volume low, it keeps going up to a medium level by itself. The OSD seems ok(it
don't go up when the sound does)
