Closest thing I have...from Tech Repair CD:
Toshiba,SD1700U,DVD,No sound or display,,,Capacitor C928 on the main board. It
is 100mfd at
16volts,,,,,,,,,
Also, I suggest placing www. in front of your website to make it a hyper link.

Hi all I have a Toshiba DVD player, model #SD-1700U, that has no display on
the unit. The unit will play and all functions work but the front display is
dead. I don't have a drawing on this and am wondering if anyone has ideas on it.
