[TechAssist] possibly fixed: Sharp 27RV79 intermittent shutdown

Replaced that cap and have been running it was at about 1/2 value and has
been running, there was a tad of jumpyness before which is also gone now. So
far looks good. I guess I will let it run awhile to confirm.

Set will intermittantly shutdown. Runs 1st about 3hr
then shutsdown. pull plug and will restart, and shutdown at decresing
intervals. MY own inclantion might be towards a failing FBT but it is not
ready to revel any secrets. Anyone have any good ideas....Sledgehammer ?
