Ron, the following is something i got off this sight before,only try it as a last resort. (first clean the lens and try it) CAREFULLY remove the lens, under it is a mirror that gets dirty same as the lens does.(unit doesnt see the disc) clean the mirror and put the lens back on. wait 1/2 hour for all to dry before trying.
