[TechAssist] panasonic vcr

model # pv-v4520. won't record. unit doesn't even record snow, because i
tried recording over a recording. the record switch checks ok, my question
is there voltage supposed to be on one leg of the switch. i measure .3 on
both sides.no manual,just guessing,the switch should have voltage on one
side? thanks for any help.
