Preston,
Timer light will flash until you set the clock.
Power light flashing leads me to believe there is an alignment problem with the
VCR section. Be sure the carraige is fully ejected and check mode switch and
other
gear alignment.

This tv vcr has power light flash and prog/timer light
flash. will not power on. unit took tape but no other
function and will not eject tape. found burnt r6010
near mode switch on bottom board. don't have print.
Any help out there? Panasonic PV-C921. No relay
kick. unit did initially have line across screen but
no audio.
