[TechAssist] panasonic model ct32hl43g shuting down after power up

Would anyone have a tip on this Panasonic chassis ap409 model ct32hl43g. The
hot was shorted. replaced set powers up for a moment then shuts down. It
didn't blow the hot. Any help would be thankful for. AveryBoyd
