[TechAssist] mitsubishi projection vs7017r convergence problem

I have a mitsubishi projection tv v 12 chassis I changed stks already. I have
my plus and minus 24 volts from power supply. no schematic cant get the cross
pattern to move either color. when I hit adjust the arrow flickers but doesnt
move neither horiz or vertical. I swaped conv bd same problem. I dont have any
other Ideas. Any help will be greatly appreciated
