[TechAssist] mitsubishi CK-2690c Dead set no power on the secondary T901

Chassis RA1-C90R Up against a wall on this one. Set
has a primary regulator that goes across a transfo to
power up a second cuurent limmiter/regulator. I had a
2200uF 50v lyte that was shorted to ground on the
secondary of the first transformer.Any ideas?
