Yes, it is accurate. But you have to Copy....NOT ALCP! That causes the Wide Zoom mode to lose the PRECONFIGURED linearity adjustments that create the Wide Zoom Look....... Now, go to Copy, press the Thumbwheel up (or up-arrow), and you will see the number on the Right side of the screen turn to 1. Then press mute and enter. That will copy the Full mode adjustment to everything except the Wide Zoom. And yes, you may have to align the HD signal's convergence separately too, that's something I have seen on some models of Sony.
