[TechAssist] fix? Toshiba CF27E55, TAC9510 line. no vertical deflection

Fix?
The vertical output IC "Q301" has a GMA 500mA fuse in front of it,
"F301" which was open. Replaced it and vertical restored.
What usually causes this to open? The vertical is perfect. I'm sure
there is a culprit somewhere!
