[TechAssist] fix Philips Magnavox TS2746C221, 27F800 7583 horiz.instability (jagged pic.) "Shhh" in audio, shuts down

After changing the H. drive transistor, ESr'd caps, changed the known 
scan cap issue (680pf), and a few other parts and still symptom remained,
I then installed a new flyback #312813820941 and trouble cleared. No 
jagged horizontal piecrusting and clear sound.
I assume the fly was arcing internally and this was thecause of the 
picture interference, as well as the "hash"getting thru the scan derived 
power sources and into the supplied sound circuits..
