I changed out three scan caps, C504,C505,C506. I cannot say which was the culprit. I had a salvage chassis and just swapped them all. Wasted enough time already on this one. Thanks for directing me to the area. Interestingly, all three read normal values on a cap checker. You know scan caps. probably breaking down under load.
