I have a question for you fellow directv dealers. What have you been doing since they put the clause in their annual agreement telling the customer can send back their equipment before the end of the year(to directv) and not have any penalty, but the dealer will still get charged back as much as $230.00. This is a little hard to swallow when we have to buy all the equipment with our money and pay freight on top of that and give it away free.
