[TechAssist] ctc185 locked

This tv came without deflection, changed eeprom and
now
i have retrace lines (litle change if i move flyback
adjutment) but can't get into eeprom settins. All i
get
is a channel is locked, when i try to change eeprom
setup but the channel locked does't let me.
