[TechAssist] Zenith tvvcr TVBR1312Z no power

This zenith TVBR1312Z has no power. The power light
lites when button is pushed but nothing else. If you
Partially load mech and applay power you still get
nothing. Fuses,Horis output ok, 5V reg ok. Any
ideas?
