If this set's HV Splitter is anything other than A-17196-12, it is probably
bad, wiping out the flyback, HOT, and diode. All of these splitters have
been upgraded to the A-17196-12. Normally replacing the Splitter, Flyback,
HOT, and CRX3412 at the same time will solve the problem.
