Ken,
You have to go over the tuner grounds. This usually what fixes intermittent
snow problems.

Hi Group
This set works but sometimes gets snowy and stays same until if I turn it on
and off then pictures comes on again.
I checked all the caps in tuner module and resoldered possible weak
connections.
So far no luck.
I don't have the print I guess tuner voltage drops or there is still a bad
component that I don't know.
Any help strongly appreciated
