[TechAssist] Zenith TV Model B25A10Z Chassis 9-2060 (FX3402 blown lightning damage)

Hello,
This set was dead,FX3402 (3A 250V fuse)was blown.
Replaced it and set powered up,now it has sound and
video is faint with white broken lines through it.
Subbed tuner no change. I've checked about every
diode,resistor and ect. on the board they all checked
good. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
