The usual repair on these is :

Replace Regulator Icx3431 - Str53041, Cx3416 - 100uf 25v. (Bad Esr) & Qx3401
(2n4923) (ECG184)

There are a few resistors that may be open right in that area...check all of
them for proper value & resolder the entire power supply circuit.

If your getting the relay click , the semiconductors in the power supply may
still be OK....change the 100uf cap & see if she flies!
