[TechAssist] Zenith SR3238RK 9-1559 Chassis relay click then shutdown

This set tries to come on when the power button is pushed then shuts right
down. I replaced the 2 caps in the power supply 25 volt 100 mfd and 63 volt
22 mfd and still does the same thing. I checked the techassist website tips
but only found one tip with CR3534 shorted and mine is good. Anyone else
have any other tips on this chassis?
