[TechAssist] Zenith SL3583BT Tuning problem "FIXED"

TV came in dead set from storm
I had to replace 9-1270-02, upon getting the set up and running I tried to
do auto programming and found the set wouldn't pick up any channels past 13
or the upper cable band, every other channel on low band was distorted or
noisy. I changed the input RF switch and the tuner with no change, problem
was 9-1320 Video IF module on the main 9-1388-02.
