[TechAssist] Zenith SJ2733LK (9-1053main,9-1074 smps/defl)dead,no chirp: fix

This Zenith SJ2733LK was dead.No chirp when plugged in.All fuses and
diodes OK.HOT no short.
Uses:
signal/main PCB# 9-1053-1,
SMPS/Defl PCB# 9-1074-1
I scanned emails referring to Winstips and TechCD cures for this set,
concentrating on the deflection board.
I changed those suggested parts:
HOT TZ1148 (NTE2302),
ICX3401 smps control IC (UC3842),
Opto-iso IC ICX3402 (162-18-0, NTE3041),
Main switcher FET (SMPS) QX3407 (121-1190, NTE2397).
TV still would not chirp: SMPS still dead, not oscillating.
Final Fix:
Final fix was a resistor connected to the control IC,( ICX3401):
R3427 (brn-brn-blk-brn-brn: 1K ohm 1/2W) was open. This fed ICX3401.
I am sure many of the listed parts were bad.The open resistor was the
result of those bad parts.
All parts located on the power/deflection board 9-1074-1.
