[TechAssist] Zenith SG5749S Dead Almost a fix Now

Hi All
The Chassis number is 9-754-1
TV Came in dead
Found main fault to be CX3406 100uf 50v
Noticed RX 3426 to be hanging by a thread and thus bad.
The disk tested to be about 6-7 ohms when cold.
I suspect that this value goes down when heated.
Numbers on part were 63-10710 and 779027
What can this part be subbed with if anything? Do I need original part
replacement?
Also how do I set Pot RX3418 Is it B+setting?
