Zenith
Model SF2035N2
main chassis 9-700
This is a Zenith digital series set shoehorned into a 20" set-- 1989
production.
(the one with everthing in cans, rgb in, competer control, etc that everone
loves, heh heh.....not)

The fault is that the set sometimes looses cable chanels in the 30's and
40's. other bands are fine, the other day it also lost ch 11. It appears to
be a bad connection as wacking it can get it to work again. So i was
considering dressing the tunner conections, but this set is rather
conveltuted in its working...would prefer to isolate local first but--- The
Key problem is that I can't replicate the failure in the shop hot or cold.
It could have something to do with the customer having HRC based cable in
their local. Has anyone encounterded this on these digital series sets.(or
has anyone actually fixed one without running screaming into the night)
