[TechAssist] Zenith Proj TV PV5263 2nd Post

I replaced the power supply bd.9-1302-7 with a rebuilt Zenith bd. The High
voltage hits and shuts down. The b+ is 130v. The wave shape and amplitude at
the collector of hop xstr.is normal. I have removed the picture tube socket
bds. I have unplugged the convergence circuits and removed the hv lead from the
distribution block. Am wondering if the bd is defective? I don't have the
service manual for this model. Looking for some suggestions. Paul
