If you replaced the SMPS you may need to adjust your horiz & vertical
adjustments on it located at the front of the PCB.

I know I saw this on here before but I can't find it in my records. I
have
this PTV that has just 3 bowed horizontal lines ,one of each color at
the
top of the screen .(horizontal as from side to side). The 1 ohm
resistors on
the convergence board are not open but they look hot. Is there any thing
I
can check on this board to see if the IC's are bad.
