[TechAssist] Zenith PTV Model# PVY5265RK conv. messed up

Hello Techs,
This set has double picture in green and red like
converge is out. I checked all crt boards 120K
resistors and transistors all good. Use the remote to
try and adjust the converge and it will not
adjust.Can't get the green up to adjust either. Just
blue and red. Is there any common problems with this
model. Checked for breaks and bad solder joints, none.
How do you get into service menu? Any help would
greatly be appreciated.
