[TechAssist] Zenith B25A11ZF 9-2108 SHUTDOWN

The set runs for about 20 seconds then shutdowns down. Have to unplug to
restart. Model B25A11ZF ZENITH Chassis # 9-2108 . B+ is ok at 130 v
