[TechAssist] Zenith 9-1119 horizontal fingering

Zentih 9-1119
has horizontal fingering ie lines in in picture can come in groups and will
work ok sometimes.
I 've seen a few kits that claim to fix horizontal instability ie global
semi's 07-1535 but does anyone know what parts to replace. Also Chilling the
HOT or other components will sometimes fix it but changing out the HOT from
another chassis didn't help. I looks almost like a intermittent ring in the
circut or a instability problem
