Microprosseor is probably bad. I have had ths problem with several of the
older chassies. IC-6003. I think the number is 221-628 or 221-628-01 and
should be a plug in part. You will need one from a junker as it's nla from
zenith. Also when i get one of these chassies in i replace ALL of the blue
metallic jacket nichicon caps. If you dont your asking for callbacks.

Keith: Module is a 9-1043-1
I pulled and tested C3274 25V 47MFD Did not find C3299.
I did not find any 100MFD caps by the H drive circuit
