Have you checked your supply voltage to the IC?

Zenith 27" TV Model: SR2552S Chassis: 9-1558
The picture has a bright horizontal line exactly in the middle of the
screen (1/2 way down). It looks like the entire picture is compressed
into
this one line.
I'm assuming a vertical deflection IC or capacitor has gone bad.
If anyone has experienced this problem before please list the part
numbers
that are bad.
